Job summary

CACEIS Malaysia, located in IOI City, Putrajaya, seeks a Senior Client Operations Officer to support Depositary Operation Services. You will manage day-to-day transaction processes, cash and security tracking, and document control, while guiding junior members and ensuring governance compliance.

Working hours are 9:00am-6:00pm Malaysia time. This role focuses on accuracy, risk-aware operations, and strong collaboration with internal departments and sub-custodians.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in transaction management and custody.
• Knowledge of Depositary Operation Services systems: E-Font, Casiopay or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
• Knowledge of fund and general administration procedures.

Responsibilities

• Accurate and timely processing and validation of cash and transaction related entries.
• Support and train junior team members while maintaining governance standards.
• Respond to queries promptly and propose improvements to processes.
• Maintain documented procedures and ensure escalation protocols are followed.
