Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science/Engineering, preferably Electronics or Electrical.
• Minimum 5 years in high-mix, high-volume manufacturing.
• Strong problem-solving analysis能力.
• Proficient in SAS JMP, Minitab; SPC knowledge.
• Hands-on troubleshooting and analytical mindset.
• Adaptable to rapid business changes.
• Experience supervising a team of process personnel.

Responsibilities

• Sustain and improve the Die Attach / Wire Bond Process.
• Collect and analyze data to create engineering reports for new products and production.
• Monitor and maintain assembly yield within KPI targets.
• Lead improvements to reduce scrap from process excursions.
• Evaluate test/yield data and defects; adjust process equipment accordingly.
• Program, troubleshoot, and maintain manufacturing process equipment as needed.
• Support evaluating solders, epoxies, and new equipment implementations.
• Develop manufacturing work instructions and production routes; implement ECNs.
• Knowledge of SPC and Risk Management/FMEA.
