Job summary

LYMI in Malaysia is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee daily finance operations across café outlets and the head office. You will ensure accurate accounts, timely reporting, strong controls and insightful analysis to support profitability.

Responsibilities include managing full set of accounts, monthly closes, budgeting, cash flow, and collaboration with Ops, Procurement and Marketing to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA or equivalent preferred.
• At least 7 years of accounting and finance experience, including 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in F&B, retail or multi-outlet environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of full set accounting, budgeting and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts: AP/AR/GL, fixed assets and inventory.
• Lead monthly and year-end closing with accurate accruals and adjustments.
• Prepare monthly statements, outlet P&Ls, balance sheets and cash flow reports.
• Coordinate budgets and forecasts for outlets and head office.
• Oversee cash flow planning, payments, bank reconciliations and collections.
• Handle inventory, lease accounting and fixed asset schedules.
• Implement internal controls and coordinate audits and tax submissions.
