Job summary

Hire Seniors Malaysia - Mature & Experienced Professionals, Seniors & Retirees is seeking a Finance Manager for an F&B outlet in the Damansara Heights area. The role includes monthly closing, preparation of financial summaries, variance analysis, and managing a team of finance executives.

The position focuses on P&L, balance sheet activities, cash management, and ensuring timely statutory reporting and tax filings in line with accounting standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing finance teams and monthly closings.
• Strong accounting controls and reporting experience.
• F&B industry exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monthly closing, prepare financial summaries, variance analyses, and reports within deadlines.
• Lead a team of finance executives ensuring accurate accounting, monitoring and reporting.
• Manage P&L, balance sheet activities, AR/AP, inter-company transactions and cash management.
• Oversee CAPEX requests in line with policy and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Support statutory reporting and tax filings with external auditors and tax agents.
