Job summary

Hire.Seniors is seeking a mature Finance Manager for a prominent F&B client located in Damansara Heights, Kuala Lumpur. The role leads a finance team and is responsible for monthly closes, P&L reviews, balance sheet management, and accurate cashflow oversight.

The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years in a Finance Manager capacity, strong business acumen, and excellent communication skills. The position emphasizes governance, process improvement, and timely statutory reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in a Finance Manager or similar role.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly closing, close review, and preparation of financial summaries with variance analysis.
• Lead a team of finance executives to ensure accurate accounting, monitoring, and reporting.
• Manage daily accounting procedures including P&L, balance sheet, A/R, A/P and cash flow.
• Review P&L and balance sheet variances and communicate results to Management.
• Ensure accurate billing plans, month-end inputs, and allocations.
• Monitor AR/AP, manage cash flow, debt collection, payroll, and capex.
• Improve processes for efficiency and cost reduction; review CAPEX requests.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors and tax agents; oversee SST and WHT payments.
