Job summary

Spiced Malahotpot Restaurant Sdn Bhd invites applications for a Finance & Administration Manager to lead accounting, HR and admin across multiple outlets. You will direct financial reporting, budgeting, cost control and payroll while ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will supervise diverse teams, implement SOPs, and drive process improvements to support expansion and scalable operations in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Professional accounting qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or CIMA are an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience with management responsibilities.
• Experience in accounting, financial reporting, HR and admin operations.
• Experience in F&B, retail, hospitality, or multi-outlet environments preferred.
• Strong budgeting, cash flow, cost control, payroll and SST knowledge.
• Familiar with EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB and statutory requirements.
• Strong leadership, analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple departments and meet deadlines.
• Independent, hands-on, detail-oriented and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the accounting team for full set of accounts.
• Oversee monthly management accounts, reports, cash flow forecasts, budgeting and planning.
• Monitor profitability, costs and operating expenses across outlets.
• Provide insights to management to improve profitability.
• Oversee AP/AR, bank reconciliations, month-end and year-end audit prep.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, SST and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, banks and authorities.
• Lead HR operations: payroll, records, attendance and staff administration.
• Ensure payroll contributions and statutory submissions on time.
• Oversee HR policies, contracts, discipline and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment laws.
• Oversee daily admin, licenses, renewals, insurance and corporate documentation.
• Set SOPs, reporting deadlines and accountability across departments.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements; support expansion and new outlets.
