PEAK KITCHEN SDN. BHD. is seeking an Assistant Accounts Manager / Accounts Manager to manage accounting functions and reporting for a multi-brand F&B group.

You will prepare financial statements, analyze performance, manage cashflow, budgeting, and implement strong financial controls across multiple entities and outlets. The role requires five years of relevant accounting experience, preferably with supervision, and a solid understanding of Malaysian accounting standards and tax requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. A recognised professional qualification would be an added advantage.
• At least five years of relevant accounting experience, preferably with team supervision experience.
• Experience in F&B, retail or multi-outlet business is preferred.
• Good understanding of Malaysian accounting standards and tax requirements.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Close and prepare financial statements and analysis of financial performance.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger.
• Perform bank reconciliations, cashflow statements and liquidity forecasting.
• Review outlet sales, and reconcile card, e-wallet and delivery settlements.
• Monitor supplier payments, outstanding balances and intercompany transactions.
• Analyse financial performance and identify cost improvements.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents and other external parties.
• File SST, E-invoice, audit schedules and tax schedules.
