Job summary

Carsem (M) Sdn. Bhd is seeking a capable Operations leader to manage daily production and test floor activities, ensuring accurate lot tracking and swift hardware troubleshooting across factories.

The role focuses on improving OEE, reducing test times, and maximizing gross margins while coordinating NPI readiness for smooth transitions to high-volume manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field and 3–5 years of operations leadership experience,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of progressive experience in operations management or leadership.
• Familiar with test processes, equipment operations and planning concepts.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily floor testing activities, ensuring seamless lot tracking and hardware troubleshooting.
• Drive OEE improvements, test time reductions and yield optimization to maximize margins.
• Coordinate Final Test readiness and smooth transfers from engineering to high-volume manufacturing.
• Align with supply chain to forecast capacity and procure test hardware for expansions.
