Job summary

Hirehub Management Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a senior Test Engineering leader in Senai, Johor to guide a team of Test Engineers and Technicians through DFT, ICT/FCT, and fixture development. You will own the entire test lifecycle from Design, NPI, Pilot, Ramp-up, to Mass Production and Sustaining.

Collaborate with R&D, Quality, and Manufacturing Engineering to improve test yield, FPY, cycle time, and cost while ensuring readiness for new products and smooth NP I transfer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics or related engineering discipline.
• 8+ years in Test Engineering, EMS/PCBA manufacturing preferred, 3+ years in leadership.
• Strong experience in NPI, PCBA testing, ICT/FCT/Functional Test, fixtures and test programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Test Engineering team (Engineers and Technicians).
• Own the test lifecycle from Design to Mass Production and Sustaining.
• Define and implement test strategy, coverage, and requirements per specs.
