Job summary

mnosys sdn bhd is seeking a Testing Engineer to join our team in Penang. You will develop and maintain production test programs, analyze data, and drive root-cause investigation to resolve defects on the line.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Production and Quality to implement corrective actions, document procedures, and ensure compliance with standards while supporting NPI builds and equipment validation.

Qualifications

• Experience reading schematics and using test equipment.
• Ability to analyze data and troubleshoot defects.
• Familiarity with electronics manufacturing or semiconductors.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain test programs, fixtures, and stations.
• Perform product testing, analyze data, track yields, and root-cause failures.
• Provide technical support for production line issues and NPIs.
• Set up and maintain test equipment, evaluating new technologies.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production and Quality for improvements.
• Maintain test specs, work instructions, and compliance reports.
