Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering (or a related field).
2+ years of experience in field service or technical support.
Strong knowledge of UPS systems, cooling solutions, networking, and modular data centers.

Responsibilities

Perform on-site installation, configuration, and commissioning of equipment.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
Conduct routine inspections and servicing to ensure system reliability.
