Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan Randstad Sdn Bhd - Professional is seeking a capable professional to oversee daily property operations and facility upkeep across retail spaces and malls in Kuala Lumpur. The role includes supervising third‑party M&E maintenance, cleaning and landscaping, and coordinating activations and marketing events to drive footfall.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Estate Management / Business Administration / Marketing and at least 3 years’ experience in related

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Estate Management, Business Administration or Marketing.
Minimum 3 years of experience in property, retail, mall or building facility operations.
Experience in leasing administration and budget tracking is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily property operations and facility upkeep to maintain high operational standards.
Supervise third-party service vendors covering M&E maintenance, cleaning and landscaping.
Coordinate site activations, promotional events and marketing campaigns to boost footfall.
Ensure timely renewals and payments for site utilities, statutory taxes and required licenses.
