Randstad Malaysia in Kuching seeks an experienced Mall Manager to oversee operations and drive profitability. You will manage leasing, facilities, and tenant relations while building a high-performing team focused on exceptional customer experiences.

The role demands a strong background in retail mall management, strategic budgeting, and cross-functional leadership to optimise occupancy and revenue. Based on-site, you will lead marketing and events to boost foot traffic and community engagement.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent.
At least 15 years of experience in retail mall management, including 10 years in a leadership role.
Strong track record in mall leasing is an added advantage.

Responsabilités

Oversee overall management and operations of the mall.
Drive financial performance, including annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Manage leasing strategies and tenant relations to optimize occupancy and revenue.
Direct facilities operations, building maintenance, security, and legal compliance.
Lead marketing, events, and customer experience programs to boost foot traffic.
Develop and mentor cross-functional team members to maintain operational excellence.
