Job summary

SKS Group is seeking an experienced facilities leader to oversee daily operations of shopping mall facilities, coordinating repairs, renovations and maintenance to prevent disruption.

The role requires developing SOPs, scheduling preventive maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety and building systems. You will lead a facilities team to swiftly troubleshoot interruptions and maintain uptime across HVAC, plumbing, electrical and related systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Facilities Management or related field.
• Experience in facilities management for large complexes/malls.
• Strong communication across all levels of staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of facilities and coordinate repairs, renovations and maintenance.
• Develop and implement Building & Facilities Maintenance SOPs and schedules.
• Lead facilities team to troubleshoot interruptions and ensure safety and uptime.

Job description

To oversee the daily operations of facilities, including coordinate repairs, renovations and maintenance that eliminate the possibilities of disruption to the operations.

Develop and implement Building & Facilities Maintenance SOP and schedule to obtain the smooth and uninterrupted building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical etc.).

Perform preventive scheduled and routine walk-about the job and inspectionsto detect any building & facilities' irregularities.

Maintain and perform ERP & drills and compliance to all OSHA requirements.

Coordinate and ensure all contracted activities are meeting the required quality and timeliness.

Requirements :

Minimum Diploma in Facilities Management, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or any other relevant field.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in facilities and Complex & Malls Industry, that associated with good knowledge of building systems and maintenance.

Excellent in communications with all level of people.

Ability to lead facilities team to troubleshoot interruptions in facilities / utilities (escalators, lifts, lighting system etc.).
