Job summary

PACC Offshore Services Holdings Limited is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee technical FM in a mall setting. You will lead M&E systems, plan preventive maintenance, and coordinate AEI projects while ensuring safety and compliance.

The role requires a Chargeman certificate, 3–5 years in FM (mall/commercial preferred), and strong leadership to manage technicians and contractors in a fast-paced environment in Johor Bahru.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years experience in technical facilities management (mall/commercial preferred).
• Possess a valid Chargeman Certificate at least A4 issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga.
• Willing to work at Johor Bahru City Square Mall.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of ACMV, electrical, lifts/escalators, plumbing, and car park systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure optimal operation of all M&E systems.
• Plan preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Troubleshoot faults and improve efficiency.
• Coordinate AEI projects with internal teams and contractors.
• Manage technicians and ensure SOPs and safety standards.
