Job summary

Allgreen Properties Limited seeks an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee technical FM for Johor Bahru City Square Mall, focusing on ACMV, electrical systems, and core building services including car park operations. You will lead technicians, plan maintenance, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

The candidate should have a Diploma/Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, a Chargeman A4 certificate, 3–5 years in mall/commercial FM, and experience coordinating AEI projects

Qualifications

• Valid Chargeman certificate (A4) issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga.
• Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years experience in technical facilities management (mall/commercial preferred).
• Strong hands-on knowledge of ACMV, electrical, lifts/escalators, plumbing, and car park systems.
• Experience in AEI/project coordination will be an advantage.
• Proven ability to manage technicians and contractors.
• Able to work independently and respond to emergencies when required.

Responsibilities

• Technical Facilities Management (FM) including overseeing all M&E systems (ACMV, electrical installations, escalators and lifts, plumbing, car park systems).
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs; troubleshoot faults; monitor performance and drive improvements.
• Chargeman duties: switch, isolate, restore electrical systems and ensure safe operation.
• Coordinate AEI works with Projects team, consultants and contractors; review drawings for compliance; ensure minimal disruption during upgrades.
• Identify and track building defects; supervise technicians and contractors; maintain logs and reports.
