Job summary

Flintex Consulting Pte Ltd in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Facilities Management professional to lead daily operations, maintenance, and safety programs at the Johor Bahru site. You will manage a team of technicians, drive reliability across HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems, and ensure service levels are met for all stakeholders.

The role requires 3–5 years in FM, strong vendor management, and a proactive approach to cost control and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical/Mechanical or related) is required.
• 3–5 years’ experience in Facility Management or related field.
• Strong knowledge of facilities systems and safety/regulatory compliance.
• Contract and vendor management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, utilities).
• Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and EHS policies.
• Manage FM contract scope, budgets, and KPIs/SLA and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Prepare reports and monitor performance against targets.
