Liberty Specialty Markets in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Property/Facilities Manager to safeguard and maintain our offices and assets. You will oversee repairs, maintenance, and renovation projects for HQ and branch offices, while ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

Applicants should hold a degree or diploma in Property Management or Real Estate Management, with prior experience in a property department and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Property Management or Real Estate Management.
• Previous working experience in the Property Department or Assets Management.
• Familiar with the building services and facilities for office and commercial buildings.
• Must be PC literate; able to use MS Office.
• Able to interact with the management team and other divisional Heads for project implementation.

Responsibilities

• Internal office facilities management, repairs and maintenance including routine and special repairs and maintenance, upgrading of equipment, maintenance contracts, matters relating to physical property, electrical, air-conditioning and water works.
• Prepare proposals and monitor PMC on implementation of renovation work on time and cost. Ensure relevant payments paid timely and contracts/tender documents documented and kept safely.
• Acquisition and maintenance of relevant company assets (i.e. motor vehicle, office equipment and furniture fittings) excluding IT related assets.
• Maintain PABX, Finger-Tech equipment and IP and analogue telephones for the proper function of the system and ensure minimal downtime.
• Coordination and support branch offices on matters relating upgrading and maintenance issues
• Oversee and monitor office security including security system, key control, contract security services, assets security and safety equipment

Education

Degree or Diploma in Property Management or Real Estate Management

Previous working experience in Property Department or Assets Management

Familiar with building services and facilities for office and commercial buildings

PC literate; able to use MS Office

Interact with management and divisional heads for project implementation
