Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, Project Management or Business Administration.
• 8–10 years of facility management experience with 3+ years at Facility Manager level.
• Experience with leasing, construction, engineering and all facets of property operation.
• Proficient in financial management, budgeting and forecasting; knowledge of Yardi is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facilities operations including custodial, life-safety, engineering and maintenance.
• Manage contracts, ensure pricing, payments, and invoicing align with agreements.
• Lead facility management team; supervise maintenance programs and client relations.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and capital plans; drive cost reductions and efficiency.
• Provide consolidated reporting on budgets, contracts, and expenditures.
• Ensure compliance with insurance, regulatory, and company standards.
