Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Facility Officer to oversee site facilities operations and ensure service delivery aligns with client SLAs. The role involves coordinating with clients, finance teams, and vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in engineering or related field and 5 years of facilities or property management experience, with strong management and interpersonal skills. On-site role based in Bayan Lepas / Kulim, Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with clients about project expectations and goals.
• Collaborating with finance teams on budgeting and funds allocation.
• Delegating tasks and monitoring deadlines to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Organizing vendors and third-party providers for elements not done in-house.
• Overseeing project delivery and adjusting to meet specifications and standards.
• Collecting feedback to gauge satisfaction and success.
• Ensuring operations comply with client SLAs and building employment procedures.
• Managing preventive maintenance and follow-up closures per SLA.
• Developing site operations plans for smooth civil works and 24/7 emergency support.
• Building and managing relationships with client representatives and stakeholders.
