Job summary

JLL is hiring a Senior Facility Officer to oversee site facilities operations in Bayan Lepas, Malaysia. You will coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure projects meet budgets, timelines and quality standards.

The role requires a Diploma in engineering or related field, with strong management and organizational skills and experience in building management. On-site work with 24/7 emergency readiness is expected.

Qualifications

• Min. Diploma in engineering, facilities management or 5 years' experience in facilities, property management, hospitality or related field.
• Experience working in building management is an added advantage.
• Strong management and organizational skills with ability to meet deadlines and work with others.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients about project, event or task expectations and goals.
• Collaborate on budgeting and allocating funds with clients, finance teams and other members.
• Delegate tasks and manage deadlines across the team to deliver on time and on budget.
• Organize third-party providers and vendors to deliver non-in-house elements.
• Oversee project delivery and adjust to meet specifications and high standards.
• Establish operational procedures for Building Employment Services and roll out for site staff.
• Ensure delivery of services per Client Management SLA and related standards.
• Manage site facilities operation and 24/7 emergency call readiness.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of programs and procedures.
