Responsibilities

• Responsible for site facilities operation.
• Establish procedures for site staff operations.
• Deliver services per Client Management SLA.
• Ensure compliance with governmental regulations.
• Drive CPI/KPI improvement and standardization.
• Develop and deliver CCR and DPOR lists.
• Manage budget and optimize costs within SLA.
• Coordinate with in-house and contract vendors.
• Initiate preventive maintenance program.
• Provide 24/7 emergency call support.
• Plan and supervise civil works and projects.
