Job summary

Commerz Global Service Solutions seeks a Remittance Officer to handle sections of the export L/C process under established procedures. You will verify transactions, communicate remittance details to issuing banks, and ensure compliance with AML/KYC standards.

The role requires knowledge of UCP/ISBP/Incoterms, accuracy in processing, and collaboration with various teams as needed. A university degree and strong English are expected.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with national and international transaction management and documentary business.
• Familiarity with country specifics.
• Familiarity with DP applications, particularly CoDOKA.
• Familiarity with UCP, ISBP, Incoterms, URR.

Responsibilities

• Prepare remittance letters to Issuing bank in CoDOKA.
• Prepare acceptance advices received from Issuing bank.
• Book relevant liabilities and add charges where required.
• Inform TSC when matter has been settled.
• Escalate compliance issues to Team Head as needed.
