Job summary

You will monitor inventory accuracy, conduct stock reconciliation, and ensure timely deliveries while coordinating with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in warehouse and logistics operations.
• Experience in shipping, import/export documentation or shipment coordination is an advantage.
• Experience in inventory control, warehouse management, and transportation coordination.
• Experience in manufacturing, trading or distribution environment is preferred.
• Good organizational, communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently, manage priorities, and meet operational deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, stock movement, and dispatch.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, conduct stock reconciliation, and coordinate periodic stocktakes.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and efficient coordination of transportation and distribution activities.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, transporters, and internal departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Monitor stock levels, warehouse space utilization, and proper handling of goods.
• Prepare and maintain accurate warehouse records, delivery orders, inventory reports, and logistics documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, warehouse safety standards, and 5S practices.
• Identify operational issues and recommend improvements to warehouse efficiency and logistics performance.
• Monitor transportation and logistics costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure proper documentation and traceability of stock movements.

Job Requirements
