Job summary

Mega Flour Sdn Bhd is seeking a Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations in Malaysia. The role requires managing receiving, storage, space planning, inventory control, and KPI tracking to ensure timely delivery.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in warehouse/supply chain, a degree or diploma in related fields, fluent Mandarin and English, and strong leadership skills to lead a team and coordinate with carriers and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily warehouse and logistics operations.
• Receive, store, manage space, inventory control, and KPI tracking.
• Coordinate with external carriers, suppliers and vendors for timely delivery of goods and services.
• Maintain FIFO inventory, monitor stock expiry, and collaborate with Purchasing and Sales.
• Ensure safety, health and environmental regulations compliance.
• Oversee housekeeping, documentation, and maintenance of facilities and tools.
• Schedule and lead Warehouse and Logistics team; optimize routes and costs.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.

Job description

To supervise and manage daily operations of the warehouse and logistics, including receiving,

storing, space management, inventory control, coordinating with external carriers and managing

Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and

services.

Manage inventory using FIFO system for stock movement and ensure achievement of

warehouse and Logistics KPI and JIT.

Monitor stock expiry and collaborate with Purchasing and Sales to ensure sufficient stock and

Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations, within the warehouse

and logistics.

To ensure housekeeping, documentations for the daily operations of warehouse and logistics

activities.

To ensure accuracy of inventory, monitoring and improving the efficiency of warehouse and

logistics management.

To ensure warehouse and logistics facilities, equipment and tools are properly maintenance and

complies with safety and environment guidelines.

Handle emergencies according to procedure and report to the respective authority or

Department immediately when necessary.

Schedule and oversee Warehouse and Logistics team, Manage the flow and quality of work to

maximize efficiency, minimize overtime and communicating with drivers and logistics to ensure

efficient delivery of products.

To save and reduce cost by minimizing damage expiring goods and optimize transportation

routes and methods to reduce costs and improve delivery times.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track performance and identify areas for

improvement.

Requirements

Preferably holders of Degree / Diploma in Business Management, Logistics / Transportation

or equivalent.

At least 5 years hands-on working experience in warehouse / supply chain activities.

Fluent in Mandarin and English, computer literate.

Required to have a strong organization leadership skill, excellent interpersonal skill, strong

team player spirit with high degree of commitment, integrity and maintain professionalism.
