Job summary

Distinctive World Sdn Bhd is seeking a driven Senior Executive, Sales & Marketing to join our property development team in Kuala Lumpur. You will lead sales initiatives, coordinate with agencies, and drive revenue for new launches and ongoing projects.

You will manage end-to-end sales processes, perform market analysis, and liaise with clients, solicitors, and financiers to facilitate successful deals. Strong communication in English and local languages is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, business, advertising, or related field.
• Proficiency in English, Mandarin/Cantonese & Bahasa Malaysia to liaise with multilingual clients and partners.
• Strong market research, data analysis, and statistics understanding.

Job description

We are looking for a driven and personable Senior Executive, Sales & Marketing to join our property development team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and coordinate with the project sales team and sales agency on sales implementation process and related matters
• Drive company sales for new launches and existing projects, including prospecting, sales presentations, closing, follow-up, administration, and after-sales support
• Participate in all sales and marketing activities at sales galleries, roadshows, and exhibitions for existing, new and upcoming property launches
• Manage the loan documentation process, liaising with solicitors, end-financiers, and Sales and Purchase Agreements
• Identify emerging markets, market shifts, new products, and competition status through market research and analysis
• Manage customers' property inquiries and provide updates on company products
• Execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales targets set by the company, including developing creative ideas and strategies to generate leads through various channels
• Manage the full sales pipeline from lead generation, cold outreach, and initial discovery calls to product demonstrations, proposal creation, and sales closing
• Maintain sales systems, such as sales records and reports, statements, and mailing lists with strict compliance of Company policies and standards
• Manage the Sales Gallery and handle any sales and marketing administration tasks as required

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Diploma or bachelor’s degree in sales & marketing, business, advertising, or a related field. Fresh graduates or individuals with different working experience are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in English, Mandarin/Cantonese & Bahasa Malaysia to liaise with multilingual clients, suppliers, or associates.
• Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
• Customer-oriented and have strong interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and a good team player.
• Result-oriented, strong self-motivation and work discipline.
• Possess a cheerful, happy, positive mindset.
• Excellent communication and people skills, with strong negotiation, objection-handling and closing, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software and standard office productivity suites (Google Workspace / Microsoft Office).
• Familiarity with social media and web analytics, as well as experience in marketing strategies and implementation, will be an added advantage.
