Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in Land Surveyor and Degree in Geomatic Engineering with good communication skills and high drive for success.
• At least 3-5 years related experience in Land Survey, Property & Construction Industry and familiar with related policies, process, guidelines and law.

Responsibilities

• Verify accuracy of site investigation data and revert with site findings for potential lands.
• Provide support on land matters for ongoing or completed projects and related processes.
• Surrender and re-alienation of land; changes of express conditions in land title; revocation of Gazette for Reserve land.
• Coordinate with land offices and local authorities for inputs and land reports.
• Liaise with Property Valuer for inputs related to market valuation for land.
• Conduct pre-qualification assessments for Land Surveyor and Land Valuer.
• Prepare tenancy and/or license agreements and collect rental for undeveloped land.

Job description

Execute all land-related matters, ensuring that each task is handled efficiently and in compliance with relevant regulations and requirements.

Provide the necessary support for all land-related matters as required by the Company.

Key Accountabilities

To verify the accuracy of the information on site investigation including data collection, conducting site visit, and revert with site findings for all potential lands being reviewed by the Company including dealing and following up with the land offices and/or local authorities for inputs and preparation of land report.

To provide support on land matters pertaining to all ongoing or completed projects. This covers all land development processes, including but not limited to:-

• Surrender and re-alienation of land;
• Changing of express conditions in land title;
• Revocation of Gazette for Reserve land;
• Land Acquisition;
• Strata title application and strata management related matters;
• Quit Rent and Assessment payment; and
• Obtaining Indicative Market Value, Certificate of Valuation and Valuation Report.

To liaise with Property Valuer for inputs related to the market valuation for land.

To conduct Pre-Qualification Assessment for Land Surveyor and Land Valuer.

To prepare Tenancy and/or License agreement and collect rental for the Company’s undeveloped land.

To prepare the Management Paper, Board / Exco Paper, EOI, RFP and/or Tender review for all land related matters.

Changes to Policies, Process, Guidelines, Law & Regulations

Inconsistent policies applied between Federal, State & Local Authority.

Education Qualifications

Diploma in Land Surveyor & Degree in Geomatic Engineering with good communication skills and high drive for success.

At least 3 - 5 year(s) related experience in Land Survey, Property & Construction Industry and familiar with the related policies, process, guidelines and law.
