Manage tender processes including evaluation, analysis, and recommendation of subcontractors/suppliers.
Oversee post-contract administration including variation orders, claims, and payment certifications.
Monitor project costs, cash flow, and financial performance throughout the construction stage.
Prepare and review monthly progress claims and financial reports.
Administer subcontract agreements including issuance of Letters of Acceptance.
Evaluate and negotiate variations, claims, and final accounts.
Lead final account closure and support dispute resolution processes.
Ensure accurate cost reporting, and documentation.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders on all contractual matters.
Ensure compliance with QESH policies, legal requirements, and project procedures.
