On-site project management for railway systems is essential, with the ability to mentor subordinates, run interface meetings, and drive documentation through RFI/DRS channels to deliver integrated solutions.
Manage and coordinate the System Interface works throughout the project life-cycle with effective program planning and resource allocation.
Provide mentoring and coaching to subordinates.
Manage the project progress to assure fulfillment of milestones during project life-cycle.
Lead, manage and conduct technical revision and development of Interface Specification to describe the interface between System works.
Lead and manage coordination work between System throughout the design stage.
Lead, manage, coordinate, monitor and review the development, realization and close-out of interface items in Design Drawings via RFI, DRS and other official means of communication.
Conduct, lead and manage interface meetings and workshops to identify and resolve issues related to Interface between System works throughout the design stage.
Lead and manage the development of Interface process and procedures for Subcontractors to cover the design, construction, installation, testing and commissioning stage.
Manage the traceability of interface requirements along the project life cycle.
Lead, manage and conduct the Interface briefing to Subcontractors to ensure awareness of Interface process and procedures.
Manage and monitor the compliance of Subcontractors to the Interface process and procedures to improve productivity and efficiency.
Manage, coordinate, monitor, review and execute the interface and integration activities identified by respective Subcontractors throughout construction stage and initiate corrective action where appropriate.
Manage, coordinate, monitor, review and execute the interface and integration activities identified by respective Subcontractors throughout Testing and Commissioning stage to provide timely completion and documentation
Lead, manage, monitor and follow up Subcontractors on the issues related to interface/integration
Lead the Interface and Integration management between Systems-Systems and Systems-Infra.
Candidate must possess Degree in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years working experience onsite, project management, design and installation of systems on large metro railway projects and have successfully delivered a railway project.
Well-versed in various disciplines ie Train, PS&DS ,Trackworks, S&TCS, COMMS, RSS, CMMS, TS, EACS, ITS, DEMV, Civil and M&E works
On site project management project experience in Railway Systems, coordinate and review the interface of station, viaduct, depot, Systems to Systems software interface, BIM, CAD
Understanding of lifecycle system principle, system interface and integration activities, quality assurance, software management, requirements and configuration management processes
