Job summary

ZTE Malaysia is seeking an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to manage end-to-end hiring processes in Kuala Lumpur. You will post roles, source candidates, screen applicants, and coordinate interview schedules between candidates, hiring managers and clients.

You will maintain candidate records and recruitment databases, prepare hiring status reports, and support other HR duties. Fluency in English is required; Mandarin is a plus. Occasional business travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in project-based, high-volume, technical, engineering, IT, telecommunications, or data centre recruitment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and coordination abilities.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Able to travel for business trip on adhoc basis.
• Experience in recruiting technical positions such as Data Centre Operations, IT Infrastructure, Electrical, Mechanical/HVAC, Facilities Management, EHS, or Engineering roles will be highly preferred.
