PeopleLAKE Group in Penang, Malaysia, is hiring an experienced Recruiter to manage end-to-end talent acquisition for the semiconductor sector. You will write job descriptions, post to portals and social media, and actively source and screen candidates to meet hiring managers’ requirements.

You will coordinate phone, video, or in-person interviews, present top profiles to clients, and guide shortlisted candidates through the recruitment process to onboarding, while collaborating closely with the

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years recruitment experience, preferably in semiconductor industry.
• Proven track record in recruitment and sourcing.
• RPO experience is an advantage.
• Good communication skills; fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Experience sourcing candidates from portals or social media.

• Communicating with internal stakeholder or hiring manager of the company on to understand hiring manager requirements.
• Writing job opening descriptions and requirements as well as posting to relevant job portal and social media platforms.
• Sourcing and screening candidate profiles to ensure candidate has the right fit for the job.
• Working closely with hiring manager to arrange phone, video, or in-person interviews.
• Sharing most suitable profiles of hiring manager to client within reasonable timeline
• Keeping track and stay close with shortlisted candidate throughout recruitment process till candidate is successfully placed and onboard.
• Assisting HR department on ad-hoc HR related tasks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree holder.
• Sounds recruitment experience with minimum 5 years recruitment experience with proven track record, especially in semiconductor industry.
• Candidate with RPO experience has added advantage
• Proven track record in recruitment and good sourcing skill
• Good communication skills and good command of English and able to converse in Mandarin.
• Experienced in candidate sourcing from prominent from portal or social media.
