VISTAS TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced recruitment specialist to understand business hiring needs and attract suitable candidates through targeted strategies and multiple channels.

You will screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, coordinate interviews with stakeholders, and provide market salary guidance while ensuring accurate recruitment data management. IDC experience is preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or above in HRM, Business Admin or related majors.
• At least 3 years of recruitment experience; IDC industry experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with strong teamwork.
• Proficient in recruitment software and office software.
• Able to work independently under pressure with strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and maintain good relationships with business departments to fully understand their business needs and recruitment requirements.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to ensure the timely attraction of suitable candidates.
• Utilize various channels (such as social media, recruitment websites, professional networks, etc.) to proactively source talent.
• Conduct initial screening of candidates, including resume review and telephone interviews.
• Scheduling interviews and provide feedback on candidates' interview performance.
• Provide market trend analysis and salary recommendations to support clients in making informed recruitment decisions.
• Manage various documents and data throughout the recruitment process to ensure the accuracy of information.
• Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

4. Proficient in using recruitment software and office software.

5. Able to work independently under pressure and possessing strong problem-solving skills.
