Job summary

Public Cargo Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Executive Customer Services /Forwarding to maintain customer focus, handle inquiries, and ensure compliant booking and cargo planning for air and sea shipments.

The role involves liaising with carriers, preparing shipping documents, coordinating transportation, and supporting the team to maintain a smooth supply chain across inbound and outbound shipments.

Qualifications

• Maintain customer focus and respond to inquiries using guidelines.
• Booking and cargo planning must follow defined processes.
• Knowledge in air/sea outbound/inbound shipments and CIDB basics.

Responsibilities

• Handle Air/Sea Outbound/Inbound shipments (LCL/FCL/Nomination CIDB).
• Liaise with carriers to ensure data accuracy and timely SI submission.
• Prepare and arrange shipping documents (DO, B/L, tax invoice, arrival notice).
• Coordinate transportation/trucking/haulage and follow up with agents/consignees.
• Support team to ensure smooth flow of customers' supply chain.

SENIOR EXECUTIVE CUSTOMER SERVICES /FORWARDING

Maintaining customer's focus at all times and answering to customer's enquiries using the standard guidelines.

Ensure booking and cargo planning of shipments are in compliance to customers & followed process

Able to Handle Air / Sea Outbound / Inbound LCL/FCL/Nomination Shipments/ CIDB Shipments

Knowledge in custom clearance K1, K2, K3 , ZB1 & ZB2.

Liaise With carriers to ensure accurate data on shipments & timely submission of SI to carriers.

Able to establish a productive & effective working relationship with internal & external customers.

Ability to anticipate & identify problem. Analyses problem systematically and resolve problem with effective solutions or alternatives.

Support and work closely with fellow team members to ensure the smooth flow and timely executive of our customer’s supply chain.

Arranging and coordinating for transportation / trucking / haulage.

Follow up with agent and consignee for the incoming shipments and ensure shipment moving smoothly.

Handling and preparation of shipping documents (e.g.: delivery order / bill of lading, tax invoice, arrival notice.
