Business Requirement Gathering and Documentation

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and define business needs, and document these requirements clearly in Business Requirements Specifications (BRS) to ensure alignment and guide solution development.

Process Analysis, Challenge, and Improvement

Analyze existing workflows and business processes to identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks, challenge current practices where necessary, and propose practical improvements that enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.

Cost-Benefit Analysis and Initiative Evaluation

Conduct detailed cost-benefit and impact analyses for proposed business initiatives, providing insights that support informed decision‑making.

Project Execution and Coordination

Work closely with cross‑functional teams during project implementation, tracking progress, resolving issues, and ensuring deliverables meet business objectives.

Stakeholder Communication and Facilitation

Lead meetings, workshops, and presentations to align stakeholders, clarify requirements, and maintain effective communication throughout project lifecycles.

Testing and Validation Management

Develop and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans and test cases to verify that solutions meet documented business requirements.

Training and Change Management Support

Provide training and support to end‑users and assist in managing change to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.

Strategic Support and Continuous Improvement

Support strategic business initiatives through research, analysis, and staying current with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Professional / Technical Qualification(s)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Accounting/Finance, or related field.
  • Preferably >4 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Experience with ERP systems, especially SAP.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including macros, pivot tables, and VBA scripting.
  • Strong knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Zoho).
  • Proficient in Business Requirements Specification (BRS) and documentation tools.
  • Competent with project management tools (e.g., MS Project).
