A leading consulting firm based in Malaysia is seeking a Business Analyst to support business requirement gathering, process analysis, and project execution. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and over 4 years of experience in business analysis or related fields. Responsibilities include documenting business requirements, coordinating with cross-functional teams, conducting cost-benefit analysis, and managing UAT processes. Proficiency in ERP systems, particularly SAP, and advanced Excel skills are essential for this role.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and define business needs, and document these requirements clearly in Business Requirements Specifications (BRS) to ensure alignment and guide solution development.
Analyze existing workflows and business processes to identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks, challenge current practices where necessary, and propose practical improvements that enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Conduct detailed cost-benefit and impact analyses for proposed business initiatives, providing insights that support informed decision‑making.
Work closely with cross‑functional teams during project implementation, tracking progress, resolving issues, and ensuring deliverables meet business objectives.
Lead meetings, workshops, and presentations to align stakeholders, clarify requirements, and maintain effective communication throughout project lifecycles.
Develop and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans and test cases to verify that solutions meet documented business requirements.
Provide training and support to end‑users and assist in managing change to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
Support strategic business initiatives through research, analysis, and staying current with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
