Positions

1. Senior Executive, Marketing (Dry Bulk Division)
2. Assistant Manager, Marketing (Container Division)

Responsibilities

Account Management & Customer Relations

• Lead representative for key customers and acting as the primary point of contact, addressing inquiries, resolving issues and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with industry stakeholders, shipping companies and trade associations to enhance the port's reputation and expand business opportunities.

Business Development & Stakeholder Engagement

• Assist in develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to achieve targeted throughput volumes and revenue growth.
• Act as the primary act of contact for new potential clients and managing inquiries, coordinating visits and facilitating discussions to explore business opportunities.
• Assist in promotional initiatives through exhibitions, conferences, advertising campaigns and trade missions to enhance visibility and attract new business.

Operational & Support Functions

• Organize and coordinate port visits for clients and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with all safety and security protocols.
• Provide administrative and operational support for marketing activities and assist with other assignments as directed by the Head of Department or senior management.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Admistration, Logistics, Mass Communication or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience (Senior Executive) and 3 years of Managerial experience (Assistant Manager) in marketing and key account management within the port, logistics or shipping industry.
• Experience in port operations and logistics with strong knowledge of dry bulk activities, supply chain, and trade or shipping practices is an added advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationship with customers and internal & external stakeholders.
• Well organized and able to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Proficient in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) is required to support effective communication and collaboration with key stakeholders and China counterparts.
