Job summary

Talent Recruit represents a fast growing furniture manufacturer in Port Klang seeking a Marketing Executive (Junior/Senior). The role focuses on building and maintaining overseas customer relationships and expanding distribution networks.

You will conduct market research, report on export sales, and drive strategies to develop new markets while collaborating with other departments to deliver strong business results. Fluency in English; Mandarin is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing/Business/Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of marketing experience.
• Strong presentation and PC literacy; good English communication; Mandarin an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain prompt communication with overseas customers to foster relationships.
• Support and grow distribution channels through samples, exhibitions, mailings, and visits.
• Conduct market research to identify customer and business opportunities.
• Prepare export sales reporting and analyses.
• Follow up and manage sales prospects to achieve targets.

• Complete paperwork promptly and accurately; collaborate with related departments.

About the job Marketing Executive (Junior/Senior)

Company Background:

We are representing a fast growing furniture manufacturing company in Port Klang. As the team is expanding, they are looking for Marketing Executive (Junior/ Senior).

Job Responsibilities:

• To establish and remain regular prompt communication, including complaints with existing oversea customers in assigned account territory, to stimulate healthy relationship and secure additional business
• To support, develop & grow new/existing distribution channels in countries allocated by means of samples, exhibitions, direct mailing/emails, customer visit & etc.
• To conduct market research and to identify customer and business market opportunities
• Reporting and analysis of export sale
• Follow up and manage sales prospects towards sales targets achievements
• Initiative to create business strategy for developing existing or new business/market
• Complete all paperwork promptly, thoroughly and accurately
• To work as a team with other relevant department in driving the high embedded value business.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Marketing, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Marketing.
• Good presentation skills and PC literate
• Excellent spoken in English, ability to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage due to business nature.
