Job summary

Public Mutual Berhad in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a capable administrator to support unit trust and PRC operations, maintain agency structures, renew licenses, and prepare reports.

You will collaborate with IT for UAT, update manuals, draft memos and proposals, and ensure timely submissions. Degree required, 4+ years in related field, strong administrative and communication skills, and proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries related to Unit Trust Consultants (UTCs)/Private Retirement Consultants (PRCs) and resolve cases promptly within the required timelines.
• Manage UTCs/PRCs’ operational matters, including agency structure maintenance, license renewals and agency status updates
• Prepare periodic agency statistics and reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
• Collaborate with the IT Department to conduct User Acceptance Test (UAT) for system enhancements
• Review and update operational manuals, policies and procedures
• Assist in drafting memorandums, reports and proposal papers to support business operations
