Job summary

Public Mutual Berhad in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a seasoned Compliance/Investigation specialist to handle inquiries and complaints involving the agency force and to oversee related administrative matters. The role requires strong English writing skills and meticulous data analysis to deliver clear insights.

Qualifications

• Degree in Law, Mass Communication, English Language, Business Administration, Psychology, or relevant field.
• Minimum 6 years of working experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide insights.
• Able to lead and manage a team under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, meticulous, and a good team leader.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries and complaints involving the agency force.
• Investigate and analyse transactions, data, information, and documents related to complaints.
• Oversee all administrative matters pertaining to complaints lodged by customers or investors.
• Review and edit memorandums, reports, proposal papers, etc.
• Coordinate, manage, and ensure timely submission of reports and documents.
• Ensure reports, guidelines and policies related to UTCs are updated.
