Public Mutual Berhad in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a seasoned sales-driven professional to lead business development for the Private Retirement Scheme and Unit Trust. The role focuses on expanding the agency distribution network and delivering sales, marketing, and operational support.

You will conduct product presentations, meetings, and training for UTCs and customers, and represent the company at industry events.

Qualificações

• Degree in business, economics, finance or investment.
• 8+ years of experience in a related industry.
• Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills; willing to travel nationwide and work weekends/evenings when required.

Responsabilidades

• Drive business development to grow PRS and UT via the agency distribution channel.
• Provide sales, operational and marketing support to customers, UTCs and partners.
• Conduct product presentations, meetings and training for customers and UTCs.
• Represent the company at industry events and programmes organized by industry bodies.

• Drive business development initiatives to grow the Private Retirement Scheme (PRS) and Unit Trust (UT) business through the agency distribution channel.
• Provide sales, operational and marketing support to customers, unit trust consultants (UTCs) and business partners.
• Conduct product presentations, business meetings, briefings and training sessions for customers and UTCs.
• Represent the Company in industry events, seminars and programmes organised by PPA, FIMM, EPF and other relevant industry bodies.
• Monitor business performance, analyse sales trends and build strong relationship with key stakeholders.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration/Economics/Finance/Investment or other related fields.
• Minimum 8 years of working experience in similar industries.
• Possess strong business acumen with good interpersonal skills.
• Willing to travel nationwide and work on weekends or evenings when required.
