SQUARE ROOTS SDN. BHD. seeks a Senior Event Executive to join our Subang Jaya team. You will lead end-to-end event planning, from concept to on-site execution, ensuring engaging experiences that promote client products and services.

Responsibilities include venue and vendor coordination, budgeting, marketing campaigns, and post-event analysis to drive improvements. Collaboration with stakeholders and adaptability to client needs are essential.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of event management experience.
• Proven track record of planning and executing conferences, trade shows, corporate events and activations.
• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills under tight deadlines.
• Resourceful with the ability to adapt to varied client needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders, vendors and attendees.
• Proficient in using event management software, CRM tools and related technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Conceptualise and design engaging event experiences aligned with client goals.
• Plan and coordinate venue selection, vendors, budgets and logistics.
• Develop and execute event marketing campaigns to maximise attendance and engagement.
• Oversee on-site event operations to ensure a seamless attendee experience.
• Collect and analyse post-event data to evaluate success and identify improvements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in event management.
