SQUARE ROOTS SDN. BHD. seeks a Senior Event Executive to join our Subang Jaya team. You will lead end-to-end event planning, from concept to on-site execution, ensuring engaging experiences that promote client products and services.

Responsibilities include venue and vendor coordination, budgeting, marketing campaigns, and post-event analysis to drive improvements. Collaboration with stakeholders and adaptability to client needs are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of event management experience.
• Proven track record of planning and executing conferences, trade shows, corporate events and activations.
• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills under tight deadlines.
• Resourceful with the ability to adapt to varied client needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders, vendors and attendees.
• Proficient in using event management software, CRM tools and related technologies.

About the role

We are seeking skilled and experienced Senior Event Executive to join our dynamic team at SQUARE ROOTS SDN. BHD. in UEP Subang Jaya, Selangor. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for planning and executing a wide range of events that align with our company's business.

What you'll be doing

Collaborate with the team to conceptualise and design engaging event experiences that effectively promote our Client's products and services

Manage all aspects of event planning and delivery, including venue selection, vendor coordination, budget oversight, and logistical coordination

Develop and implement event marketing campaigns to maximise attendance and audience engagement

Oversee on-site event operations and ensure a seamless experience for attendees

Collect and analyse post-event data to evaluate the success of each event and identify areas for improvement

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in event management

What we’re looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience in event management for Senior Executive position.

Proven track record of successfully planning and executing a wide range of events, from conferences and trade shows to corporate parties and marketing activations

Excellent project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Resourceful and have right acumen in adapting to various client needs

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders, vendors, and attendees

Proficient in using event management software, CRM tools, and other relevant technologies

A creative and innovative mindset to continuously find ways to enhance the attendee experience
