Job summary

Exabytes Group of Companies is seeking a Senior Events Manager in Penang, Malaysia to lead our in-house events team and translate strategy into unforgettable experiences. You will own a diverse portfolio from webinars to flagship conferences and drive measurable ROI.

We are looking for 8–10 years in B2B/enterprise events with 3+ years leading teams or multi-stakeholder events, hands-on production across live/hybrid/virtual formats, and strong KPI-driven mindset.

Qualifications

8–10 years in B2B, tech, SaaS, cloud, or enterprise events.
3+ years managing teams or complex multi-stakeholder events.
Experience delivering webinars, workshops, sponsorships, roadshows, and large conferences in live, hybrid, and virtual formats.
Strong budgeting, sponsorship evaluation, lead generation, pipeline influence, and post-event conversion.
Excellent senior-level stakeholder management with partners, customers, speakers and vendors.

Responsibilities

Diverse Event Portfolio Ownership: Own and manage a wide range of event formats webinars, product workshops, partner events, industry events, sponsorships, roadshows, and flagship conferences
Strategic Translation: Turn business objectives into clear event strategy and concept, ensuring every event serves a defined business purpose
End-to-End Production: Lead full execution from concept development through on-the-ground production and delivery
Lead Conversion Focus: Drive lead generation and conversion outcomes from events, not just attendance or engagement metrics
Post-Event ROI Ownership: Measure and report on post-event ROI, closing the loop from planning to business impact
