YYC GST Consultants Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Event & Marketing Executive to oversee planning, coordination, and execution of marketing events and digital campaigns. You will supervise junior team members and support the Event Manager in strategic planning and stakeholder coordination.

The role involves end-to-end event operations, digital campaign management, content oversight, and performance reporting, with a focus on brand consistency and measurable business impact.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing / Advertising / Mass Communication or its equivalent.
• At least 3 years of proven working experience in Digital Marketing or similar role.
• Knowledge in digital marketing funnels and setup (familiarity with paid ads, email marketing, social media).
• Skilled in photography and videography, or willingness to pick up on the fundamentals of photo/video shootings and editing.
• Experience in a project coordination role, good team player, willingness to learn and with strong communication skills.
• Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, resourceful, creative and commitment to the mission.

Aufgaben

• Supervise, and provide guidance to junior event and marketing team members
• Cross check team deliverables to ensure accuracy, quality, and adherence to company standards
• Assist in workload planning, task allocation, and team performance improvement
• Promote professional development and accountability within the team
• Oversee end-to-end event operations, including planning, logistics, vendor coordination, customer experience, and on-site execution
• Support the Event Manager in delivering large-scale corporate events, webinars, workshops, and sales launches
• Ensure events are executed in a timely, cost-effective, and professional manner
• Manage event risks, troubleshoot operational challenges, and maintain service excellence
• Plan, execute, and optimize integrated digital marketing campaigns to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and conversion
• Lead campaign planning across social media, paid advertising, email marketing, and digital platforms
• Ensure marketing initiatives align with corporate objectives and brand positioning
• Oversee content development for social media, promotional materials, and digital campaigns
• Direct and review creative outputs including copywriting, graphic design, photography, and video production
• Ensure content remains relevant to evolving market trends and audience engagement strategies
• Monitor campaign and event performance using KPIs, analytics, and ROI metrics
• Prepare reports, insights, and recommendations for management decision-making
• Identify improvement opportunities to enhance marketing effectiveness and event impact
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Designers, External Vendors, and Partners
• Communicate campaign performance, market insights, and customer feedback to internal teams
• Assist the Event Manager and Head of Department in executing strategic initiatives
• Contribute to process improvement, SOP development, and workflow efficiency
• Participate in company-wide marketing initiatives, corporate branding efforts, and innovation projects
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management
