Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of successful software sales and channel management experience.
• Proven track record meeting/exceeding sales quota in technical software or engineering tools.
• Experience managing direct and indirect sales through channel partners, including partner enablement and joint account planning.
• Fluency in English and local languages spoken across Malaysia.
• Strong understanding of engineering workflows, CAE, simulation, or PLM tools is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% within the region.

• Coordinate with product, marketing, legal, and finance to resolve pricing and implementation issues.
