Synopsys Inc. is seeking a Senior Account Executive for Malaysia to own the full sales cycle of engineering simulation solutions. You will build territory strategy, win new logos, and grow revenue through direct and channel sales with engineering leadership relationships.

You will coach channel partners, deliver compelling demos, and align pricing with business value. This role requires strong technical credibility and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related technical field, or 6+ years of software sales without degree.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quota in technical software or engineering tools.
• Experience managing direct and indirect sales through channel partners and enablement.
• Fluency in English and local languages spoken across Malaysia.
• Strong understanding of engineering workflows, CAE, simulation, or PLM tools is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% within the region.

Responsabilidades

• Own full sales cycle for engineering simulation solutions across Malaysia, from lead gen to close.
• Build and execute territory strategy with accounts and channel partners to meet quota.
• Develop relationships with engineering leaders and executives to champion solutions.
• Coach channel partner sales teams on positioning, ROI metrics, and differentiation.
• Deliver sales presentations and product demos linking tech to measurable business outcomes.
• Maintain forecasting and pipeline with channel partners for alignment and accountability.
• Liaise between customers, channel partners, and internal teams to resolve pricing and technical issues.
