Emeritus is seeking an Assistant Manager for Consulting and Learning Solutions (Enterprise) in Malaysia. The role blends pre-sales analysis with L&D design to deliver structured, impact-driven learning programs for enterprise clients in a hybrid setting.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of enterprise learning experience, strong instructional design skills, and proven ability to articulate complex concepts to senior stakeholders. Collaboration with global faculty and partners is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in building and delivering enterprise learning solutions.
• Exposure to instructional design methodologies and adult learning frameworks.
• Ability to develop winning proposals and RFP responses for enterprise clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including to C-suite and educators.
• Strong collaboration with faculty, university partners, and subject matter experts.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Sales: Needs analysis with Business Development and senior consulting lead.
• Devise a fit-for-purpose solution strategy aligned to client imperatives.
• Budget fit exercise and conversion of solution to proposal.
• Proposal quality audits and storyboard development for winning bids.
• Post-Sales: program delivery handholding and stakeholder management.
• Faculty/Partner walkthroughs to ensure alignment and impact creation.
• Content audits and continuous improvement based on client feedback.
• Account management to grow lifetime value within accounts.
