Job summary

Achieve Group in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Client Engagement Executive to identify opportunities and build strong relationships with HR, L&D and senior decision-makers across SMEs, GLCs and MNCs. You will lead the sales process from initial engagement through proposals and conversion for corporate training and learning solutions.

The role requires 1–3 years of B2B sales experience, strong consultative selling and presentation skills, and hands-on experience with CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of B2B sales experience in Corporate Training, HR Consulting, Education Management or Professional Services.
• Experience selling services directly to HR and/or L&D departments is highly preferred.
• Proven experience managing corporate clients and achieving sales targets.
• Exposure to procurement in GLCs and MNCs is advantageous.
• Strong consultative selling, communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive, driven and comfortable engaging senior corporate stakeholders.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; CRM experience is a plus (Zoho CRM advantage).

Responsibilities

• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing corporate clients.
• Drive client retention and repeat business opportunities.
• Provide excellent client servicing throughout the training delivery lifecycle.
• Identify additional learning and development opportunities within existing accounts.
