Job summary

Infineon Technologies AG is seeking a Senior Engineer Technology Development in its Research & Development team in Malaysia. You will drive next-generation SiC, IGBT and Diode technologies, working with simulation and applications teams to shape features for future releases.

You will plan and coordinate process experiments, run DoEs, and ensure process windows in alignment with the technology roadmap. A strong background in semiconductor process physics and project management is essential.

Qualifications

• University degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related field.
• PhD is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop the next generation and new voltage classes of SiC, IGBT and Diode technologies.
• Collaborate with Simulation and application experts to define features of upcoming generations.
• Define unit process requirements along the technology roadmap with unit process development engineers.
• Plan, coordinate and evaluate process experiments including DoEs and ensure process window.
