Job summary

Infineon Technologies (Kulim) Sdn Bhd invites applications for an Engineer role focused on front-end wafer fabrication and device physics. You will drive product performance, yield, quality and reliability from introduction through high-volume manufacturing.

The role covers product performance & yield, product introduction, and requires a university degree in microelectronics or related field, plus experience as FE Process Integration Engineer or Product Engineer, with strong English

Qualifications

University degree in Microelectronics, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science or equivalent field.
Experience in semiconductor industry as a (FE) Process Integration Engineer or Product Engineer.
Solid knowledge in Front-End Wafer Fabrication and Semiconductor Device Physics (PN Diodes, MOSFETs, etc.).
Proactive personality and willing to take ownership.
Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

Drive product performance, yield, quality and reliability from product introduction through high-volume manufacturing.
Handle four pillars: Product Performance & Yield, Product Introduction, and related cross-functional troubleshooting.
Coordinate yield improvement, product characterization, quality and reliability improvements, and excursion handling.
