Qualifications

• Study of electro technics, physics, chemistry or analogous natural sciences
• Preferred more than 3 years experience in semiconductor industry
• Able to work in cross functional teams and to work with teams on other sites and in other time zones.
• Highly communicative and responsive
• English fluently, ability to learn and adopt quickly

Responsibilities

• Transfer and develop thermal processes for SiC, GaN and Si technologies
• Document process results and implement it in production
• Close collaboration with technology development and transfer projects
• Reduce defect density and improce costs of processes in responsibility
